cancellation policy
We totally understand that sometimes life happens and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All we ask is that you provide us with a 48 hour notice when doing so. Please understand that when we reserve appointment slots specifically for you, and when it opens up without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to accommodate other guests. In the case that more than 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service: same day or last minute cancellations and no shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments. All deposits will be non-transferrable if appointment is no showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy.

We are committed to, and guarantee the highest level of satisfaction for our guests. We strive to educate our guests on what is attainable based on their goals, and the best way to maintain after you leave the salon. Please understand that we do not offer refunds, however if you are having any challenges with any services provided to you, please let your service provider know within 7 days of your appointment and we will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if your stylist provided a service you both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind, but still let us know and we will get you to where you want to go together! Each situation will be considered at the discretion of the stylist as to what may be done for the adjustment.
Lived in Color, is leaving or incorporating your natural tone into your current canvas, adding brightness or color that has no beginning or end, resulting in a seamless, low maintenance look. This is ideal for those who don't want to have to back into the salon for 8-12 weeks! This is a customized look to each canvas and can take sessions to achieve depending on the goal!
HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR SERVICES?
At HOH our menu is a la carte. We have bundled options, but our haircuts are seperate. We base color at a starting price, and due to length, density or technique/result desired the price can go up. Prices vary depending on stylist.
DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL SERVICES?
Unfortunately, we do not offer bridal or any formal hair and/or makeup services.
DO YOU OFFER EXTENSIONS?
Currently, Rainy and Sarah specialize in Hand Tied Extensions. If you're interested in scheduling a consultation to discuss your goals, color matching, and appointment availability, please reach out via email or contact one of them directly.
CAN I BOOK A CONSULTATION?
ABSOLUTELY! However we do encourage you to contact your chosen artist first to do a virtual consult so we can find the best fit for you! In person consults may be a fee depending on the individual artist, please contact your artist of choice.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Our salon is located in a spacious brick structure known as the Suncrest Professional Building. There's ample parking available, so there's no need to worry!
WHAT IS BALAYAGE?
Balayage is a freehand technique for applying lightener to the hair, creating a natural, sun-kissed appearance. This method is gentler than traditional foil highlights and results in a seamless, blended look without harsh regrowth lines. If you prefer cooler tones, balayage might not be the best choice, but there are alternative techniques that can mimic its effect.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
In order to secure your ideal appointment day and time, we encourage you to prebook your appointments. We are by appointment only salon, so we can book anywhere from 2-3 weeks out at a time.
Evenings and weekend appointments are most popular and those we advise to pre book your next 2-3 appts.
Dates and times can be changed if necessary, must be 48 hours before appt time, if it is not, we reserve the right to charge your card on file 50% of the services you were booked for.
WHAT DOES CUSTOM COLOR MEAN?
As artists, we strive to offer our clients the most personalized experience possible. That’s why we don’t recommend selecting from a menu. Instead, we prefer to blend various techniques and determine the best service to achieve your ideal color, taking into account your maintenance preferences, facial features, eye color, skin tone, and personal style. This is the reason we bundle our services together.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Choose whatever makes you feel the most confident! Since photos and videos will be taken (with your consent), we recommend opting for neutral tones or colors that complement your skin tone.
Attire for Comfort:
As you may spend a significant amount of time in the salon chair, wear comfortable clothing. Avoid complex or restrictive outfits like hoodies or turtlenecks. It's best to steer clear of large or dangling earrings, as well as any expensive or delicate clothing that could potentially get stained during the treatment. If you're wearing something you want to keep protected or find uncomfortable, feel free to ask your artist for a robe to change into, ensuring your clothes stay safe.
